Greg did not represent us and felt like a shady back deal was made even after I contacted him prior to a listing going public. He did not contact me, would not take my offer and did not provide any information about a competing offer which came in after I expressed interest. His consistent answer is "I don't know" and would not coach us on what it would take to win the deal. And did not background check the competition or myself. 2021
