Mark always goes above & beyond the normal duties of a realtor. Example, there was a skunk under the house we offered on & he arranged its removal at his own expense!! He paid hundreds out of pocket for well purity tests and chlorination procedures until he could be reimbursed by the seller after closing!! He makes himself available to the client at all times and works hard to accommodate the clients schedule for moving forward whether viewing or following up. His caring personality is his greatest strength.
