Location, Location, Location. And Katie. This is the secret to real estate success. We recently worked with Katie to sell our East Denver home and couldnt have been happier. Having worked with other realtors in the past whom I felt didnt really do that much, I was constantly impressed with how hard Katie worked to sell our home. From arranging stagings, painters, repairs and finding buyers Katie helped with it all. Katie hired an amazing photographer and her stager was so good we seriously considered hiring her later as an interior designer. Our house went under contract in the Spring of 2021 after almost 50 showings in just two days - all during a snowstorm. Katie got us multiple offers and sold our home for more than 10% above asking.
