We moved to Indiana two years ago via work relocation and they set me up with Clay. I was impressed with the upfront planning that Clay did before we even put the home on the market. He came to the house about 4 weeks ahead of time and discussed marketing plans, pricing, and what we should do to get the house ready for market. He also went room by room with us to discuss the best way to stage each room to provide the best possible showing. Once we were ready, he came back and reviewed the marketing plan with us. I've never seen a marketing plan like this before. A lot of thought was put into this plan and it really leveraged the latest technology to ensure our listing was reaching not only the most number of buyers, but the right buyers. Clay made the whole process from start to finish really easy.
