Terry is great!!! But seriously, we were only in CO for a week and needed to find a place to live before my fianc started her new job. Terry was understanding of the situation and got us in to see (I think) 6 houses on the same day, got us in touch with a great lender, and answered all our dumb questions we had because we aren't from the area.
