We met Dave randomly at an open house he was listing. We pulled up thinking we had 45 minutes left based on times we saw online. However, the open house times we saw were wrong and Dave was closing the house up. Over a 3 month span (roughly) Dave and his wife Sam, also a realtor, showed us about 25 different properties. They were responsive to EVERY listing we had interest in. Some days we sent a text and within minutes we got a response and 9/10 times we were in that particular house later that day or at the latest the next day. You can tell they truly love what they do and they give you a no pressure feel and understand that this will be the largest purchase you will probably make in your lifetime. From early morning texts to late night phone calls, they were there for us for all of it.

P.S. After such an awesome experience on the buying end, I decided to use them on the selling of my first home as well. The details of the listing and pictures they took were top notch. The house sold quickly !!
