Lindsey was amazing! Over the years I've worked with a lot of local realtors and Lindsey is the first one that I felt was 100% on my side. She made the time to go meet with my painter at the house, reviewing what needed to be done and what paint colors should be used. She was spot on and the house sold for substantially more than either of us thought it would. Her patience was amazing. It took me almost a year to get my renters out and be ready to sell. In that time she suggested I do my own septic inspection, so there would be no surprises when it came time to sell. I'm so glad I listened. The system had failed and I had the time to get a new system installed before listing the house. That would have been a unpleasant surprise at closing.

For me, buying a house was a rather scary prospect. Thankfully Lindsey was a rock, incredibly supportive, talking me down from multiple panic attacks early on, and being a calm advisor (and ultimately friend!) during what would have otherwise been a really stressful process.
As for that process, it went like this: I told Lindsey what I was looking for, she came back with some options 48 hours later, I saw a property that day, and then closed on it less than a month later!
