Tracy is the utmost professional with expertise in her field that is second to none. My wife and I told her what we wanted in a house and property, if a house come on the market that was similar to what we wanted, Tracy called or sent a text with the link to the property promptly due to the market being a sellers market.
It should be noted our first interaction with the seller, we the buyer and the seller didn't have realtors representing us.
When the house that we ended up buying come on the market with a realtor listing, Tracy worked diligently to attain us an excellent deal and smooth over the situation after our first interaction with the seller was not good-willed after trying to reach an agreement.
