I contacted Jessica Sawyer about a rental property her and her family member Dan was looking to rent out. Me and my wife reached out to them about the home and got a tour of the property. The property was perfect for me and my family so we both did an application on a site called cozy.com. The application costed me and my wife $49 each so we paid $100 for the application process. We both FAR succeeded the criteria set on the rental property. We had a credit score over 650 and both made more than enough money for the home. We have YEARS of rental history and both own our own businesses. Our application was denied without a reason and the home was kept on the market. We reached out to both Dan and Jessica for the proper reasoning behind the denied application and was ignored. Dan and Jessica are both cowards and I have delt with people like them before that will denie you because of your race than ignore you. We have reported both Dan and Jessica to the Fair Housing Authority and we will press this issue until justice is served.
