Buyer Beware, I have owned more homes than most and know the process, for the most part. This realtor has a charge over and above what is paid on commission from the sale of the home, make sure you get all these details from her and understand that this is not the norm before you sign a contract. Agent should be up front with important details like this, but she wasnt, and in my opinion makes her dishonest. 2020
