Well being in this market for 2 years I can deffinatly say it can be difficult and you really need to have a good agent helping you find the house of your dreams. After losing house after house either bc we saw it to late or our offer wasnt high enough I was at the point of giving up. My mother in law had told me to try working with Kathleen she had heard such great things about her. After finding her on Facebook I went to one of her open houses so I can finally meet her. We talked for a while she showed us the house and was able to answer every question I had about the house which I found so impressive.
