I listed my home as a FSBO and was inundated with calls from realtors letting me know I would struggle to sell my home via Zillow or FSBO and pushing me to list with them. One day Kim called, having seen the house, and asked if I was willing to work with a Buyers Agent and allow her to show the house to 3 families she was working with. She never bad mouthed the FSBO or told me that I couldn't do it that way once and she showed it to her clients multiple times and always followed up with me on the opinions of the potential buyers. In a matter of weeks Kim worked with both parties and we had an accepted offer. There were some hiccups at the back that I thought would surely end the deal but Kim immediately went to work and told me she "had a guy" that could get this done - she helped the buyers change banks mid-loan process and was able to salvage the sale. She followed up constantly and always let me know what was going on and when I could expect it to be completed - even when the news was bad, which I appreciated.
