Where do I start when I comes to recommending Victor? His knowledge, responsiveness, patience, and delivery were apparent from the beginning of my home buying process to post close. Victor was by side for 8 contract offers until we closed on the 9th and his negotiations saved me $5,000 on the final purchase price of my home.
