Mark Kruse is the best realtor in Colorado in my opinion. This is our 4th real estate transaction with Mark in the past 10 years and we couldn't be happier with him. We looked at 8 places in three different complexes and made three offers before we scored (I underbid one on purpose [owner did not accept the underbid], we were outbid by a significant margin by someone bringing cash on another). Mark was extremely patient and knew what I was looking for and also knew the area where I was looking. He was always there to arrange for a showing or answer a question. His advise when negotiating the results of the inspection was invaluable. One cannot ask for anything more.

I found this cabin online and emailed Mark. He emailed me back right away and asked if I wanted to see it. Then he set up a time on a Sunday for a showing. This house is almost 2 hours away so not what you would call an easy ride across town. He met us at the house and drove us to the cabin. We took a look around and he pointed out many attributes the house had such as the on demand hot water, full log construction among other things. On the way back we discussed mountain living and the inspections that we would need that aren't normal in the city. We made an offer, they accepted and it was a seamless process from start to finish. Mark is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I have used him in previous real estate transactions and will in the future. I highly recommend him.
