Of all of the realtors I have ever worked with, there is not a team like Brain and Rachelle Smith. I never wondered what they were doing all day long; I knew that they were working hard to help their customers (including us!) buy and sell properties smoothly.

The Smiths helped us buy one home and sell two homes within an 18 month period. The second sale happened after we had relocated to a different state. I never had to worry about whether the inspections and repairs would get taken care of because I knew that Brian and Rachelle would make sure the job got done well up until the closing date. Even as we were signing the closing papers in another state with a notary signing agent, we were able to call Rachelle about an incorrect dollar amount on the closing paperwork. She was able to contact the title agency and email us updated papers to sign all in ten minutes while our NSA was there so the paperwork would be accurate and complete for the final closing.

Their knowledge and service is unprecedented. Brian and Rachelle are detail-oriented, realistic and extremely aware of the real estate trends in the area. It has been a complete pleasure to work with them, and we are sad to leave them behind. There is no better team of realtors to work with than they are, whether you are familiar with the Roanoke area or not.
