I'm going to keep it short, sweet and to the point. I think highly of Mr. Bryant. He was able to deliver with realistic expectations. He used his time which in turn save me time in a wisely an efficient manner. Thanks to technology Mr. Bryant and I been working together as my landlord and now as a real estate agent since 2014. We only meet twice and all our businesses were handled over the phone and email no matter what time of the day and with a tool or software called loop to enable the signing of paperwork in a time critical manner. We couldn't have been happier with Russell's tremendous help, positive demeanor, reassurance, and persistent drive for results from people who were both uncooperative and incompetent every step of the way. Russell holds himself to a higher standard than anyone else I know. Whereas others involved in the sale (namely HUD's agents) would take days to get back to us, Russell was always available around the clock to answer our questions, and he followed up with the necessary parties to do everything within his power to keep us on our timeline to close. I knew I could always trust him to complete paperwork correctly the first time, and he always did so cheerfully and swiftly. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty for his clients.
