don't waste your time with this guy- he showed up - looked at my commercial building- stated he would get on it - did not hear from him again till I called him 2 weeks later. He stated he had found a potential buyer and would have an appraisal for me by the end of the week- I've left numerous texts and phone messages - never heard from him again- wasted 3 weeks of my time in a time sensitive market !!
