Ms. Piatt is knowledgable about the housing market in our area. Also knowledgeable about the amenities available within our gated community (The Plantation at Ponte Vedra). We found Ms. Piatt responsive to our requests for information and truly helpful in selling our property. Her ideas on how to better represent the property (little things like moving the furniture, pruning the vegetation, etc) assisted us in "showing off" an already beautiful home and property.
