My husband and I are first time home owners. Buying a home is stressful in any situation. Add the fact that I am pregnant and the way the housing market in South Florida is/ was in March 2022, it could have been a terrible experience. Patty was ALWAYS available, never made me feel as if I was bothering her with my million texted questions. Patty would have an offer sent to a seller within an hour of my asking her to. She is aggressive in drafting her offers and she is honest with setting realistic expectations with us, the buyers. It was around 10pm on a Wednesday that we saw a NEW listing on Zillow that I thought seemed too good to be true. Patty had an offer sent that night, at that hour. The sellers accepted our offer on Friday, even with higher bids because they trusted our lender and we were approved for a quick two week close. (Patty's lending team is also THE BEST). We had the keys to our new home EXACTLY two weeks from them accepting our offer. Also, we appraised 55k OVER what we paid for our home and already have great equity in our first house purchase. We started our search with anther realtor that was a family friend and not as available which we now know makes ALL the difference. I recommend her to ANYONE looking for to purchase or sell a home!
