I tried contacting Adam yesterday morning by email. I tried early afternoon by phone, then by text message. I was ready to make an offer. He responded first thing this morning saying that someone sent in an offer last night and it was accepted. Weird he didn't respond to me at all when I wanted to make an offer as soon as it was listed. It is almost like he was working with an investor and didn't allow anyone else to offer. He then has the audacity to ask if I want him to be my agent moving forward. I told him no thank you, I would prefer having a responsive agent. IMMEDIATELY, he responded with "." I don't know if he is sketchy or just pompous. I'd recommend someone else. 2021
