Michael and Heidi were amazing! I live out of town and was selling a home that I ve owned since the late 90s. I had bad renters in there and I have a busy schedule due to work obligations. This sale experience could have been a nightmarebut it was not! Michael handled this sale like the pro that he is and communicated with me regularly on everything. The team also made recommendations for top dollar sale and made sure the workers were available to make it happen. As a result, I had several offers quickly, and the sale process went smoothly. So glad I met them and would absolutely use them again!

Michael and Heidi Winston were a great realtor team to work with! They were incredibly helpful every step of the way for the purchase of our first home. With many years experience, Michael is extremely knowledgeable and was so great to work with. He was able to help us find the home that is the perfect fit for us and was so patient and kind in answering our many, many questions. We highly recommend the Winston realty team to anyone purchasing in the Las Vegas area! Personally, we can't imagine buying a home with anyone else and will certainly be working with Michael and Heidi again in the future for our next home purchase.

I was initially referred to use Winston Realty in Las Vegas by my local RE Agent in CA to purchase a home. From the first call, I felt like Heidi Winston had my best interest in mind. She really listened to what I wanted in a home, and didnt try to steer me towards anything that would have benefited the Winston Realty Group over my wants/needs. We made an appointment with Heidi to travel out on a Saturday, and look at the houses we had found on our own, and also look at some of the houses she thought we might be interested in as well. It was a good mix of houses, and ultimately, we ended up deciding on the first house that initially made us want to move out to Las Vegas. It was good to see all of the options out there, and I felt like Heidi really listened to the silly things I wanted like a gas stove/oven rather than electric.
Heidi has been extremely communicative, listens well, and did an amazing job hand holding me through the entire process including showing up late on a Friday night to show me a house that I really wanted to see immediately upon arrival. Heidi picked me up Saturday morning and drove me all around Vegas to see a lot of houses, and by a lot, I mean A LOT!! On top of this, she has handled my walk throughs, hired contractors on my behalf, and is helping with some paint and styling cues around the inside of the house.
Last thing I can say is that I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Winston Realty Group, but I did want to make sure that anyone using them for RE services will be exceptionally happy.
