I feel like Cindy did not represent me at all, but was just trying to make a quick sell. It became evident when I wanted to cancel the contract due to feeling so uneasy about her as my agent, and she tried to blackmail me to buy her a $525 QT gift/gas card to cancel the contract. Then when I wanted to cancel the agency agreement she told me I had to pay her over $5,000.00. I have submitted her to the state licensing board, because neither her or her broker Patty Sanders will respond to communication to cancel our agreement. I would never recommend Cindy to anyone, or anyone that she is affiliated with at Berkshire Hathaway.

Amanda was excellent to work with right from the initial start. We gave her about a three hour notice that we'd like to see specific houses in Bel Aire. She quickly made child care arrangements, called the listing brokers and had us walking those homes that same afternoon. The next morning she sent us additional listings that we might want to see.
