Kirk is a great guy and an even better realtor. He is knowledgable about every inch of Estes Park and it showed when he took us out to see all the houses on our list. He provided us with detailed information for each house and every question we had about the particular area, he had an answer for. He quickly got a taste for what we were looking for and dug up some great additional suggestions for us. Instead of trying to just sell you a house he really tries to find you your perfect home. He walks through the houses with you, inspecting them as he would if he were buying it, and helps point out any issues with the property. He has a great rapport with the other realtors in town so any questions you have about a particular property he doesn't already know, he's quick to get an answer for you. At the last minute we found a house we wanted to see so Kirk jumped on it and got us in before we had to catch a flight home. We loved it and he worked with us to quickly get the bid in before we had to get on the plane. The offer was accepted and the entire process of actually purchasing the house was made so much easier with Kirk's efficiency and thoroughness. For any inspections or corrections needed for the property he has great relations with some excellent local businesses/contractors too. All this may just be day to day activity to Kirk but to us and what we're used to it was above and beyond.
