Larry and his mother Joy were the selling agents of the property we purchased recently. Joy purposely misled us during the inspection stating that there was an insurance waiver and updates done on the main electrical panels in the home in order for that brand panel to be insurable. This turned out to not be the case, we were dropped from our home owners insurance once they reviewed it and now I am needing to invest nearly $20k into the home in order to get things updated to code to be insurable. Larry knows his markets and properties, what needs fixing especially when you are coming from a different area in the country. One and half year ago, Joy knocked at my door and asked if I was selling the house. I said: No, but I have one a mile away that I am planning to sell. She saw the house and generated a brochure.
