Larry was exceptional. Along the way we had a several significant disruptions and disappointments, out of his and our control, but Larry and his team executed decisive and effective plans to cope with the road blocks and they did an amazing job getting the job done, they sold our house in quick fashion. He advised, listened intently, answered all of our questions, showed patience and professionalism when things got stressful and ended up selling our house exactly on the terms we hoped for! His staff were swift to pass messages, file paperwork, and communicate next steps and get things done on the first call without claiming "someone else will have to help you with that" One couldn't be more satisfied with Larry and his office team. FANTASTIC!
