Stefanie got my house sold and I thank her much for that. A couple of things that concerned me though throughout this process was the support people provided or did not provide throughout this sale. An example was a cleaning crew the realtors had come in and charged $350 for basically dusting the house and cleaning the water stain rings in the toilets maybe an hours work. The kitchen, floors, baseboards had already been deep cleaned. Also I would expected more support from the Realtors in maintaining the property lawn etc when needed (I'm 180 miles away). At walk thru the buyers requested the lawn to be mowed it had been a while, so it would have been nice if someone would have said "don't worry we'll take care of the lawn" or at least given me someone to call who would. I ended up driving 7 hours round trip and mowing it myself! 2023
