I was selling my house from out of state. I found Jenn through zillow and Realtor. She was amazing! My house needed a little work before I could list it. She helped me find contractors, and she even met them at the house to let them in, even though it was in the next town over from her office. Jenn had my house listed and on the market quickly and had an offer on the first day it was on the market. That buyers financing fell through (even though they were prequalified). Jenn had the house back on the market the next day and we were under contract 48 hours later. Closing went through with out major issues due to the dedicated work of Jenn.
