Karon Reese (and all of Reese & Co, especially Allie Reese) were phenomenal brokers. They are hands on-- offering "white glove" service. I have texted Karon and Allie day and night, asking for a last minute viewing, or a last minute change to an offer and they always delivered. When it came time to bid on a property (with multiple bidders), Karon gave us the right advice on structuring the offer. We had the winning bid without paying more than we expected. We had also intended to sell our previous home with Reese & Co. (but decided to keep it as a rental instead). The photos and marketing materials they prepared were amazing (what a fabulous photographer and stager they have). When the time comes, we'll definitely ask Reese & Co. to sell that property.
