He is the epitome of professionalism. He was prompt at all meetings (actually on Lombardy time...15 min early and waiting for us). He knew the answers to 95% of all questions and if there were any outstanding, he followed up and responded in a timely manner.
While the rules established by the Feds are frustrating, his team assisted and made it seamless. They communicate with each other and the buyer to make certain all are up to speed on the status throughout the ordeal.

If you want a real estate agent you can really trust, use Peter Ramondetta. He is patient, and while he keeps you realistic about the market, he NEVER pressures you in any way. When I was interested in two immaculate apartments at low prices in a questionable condo (to live in one and invest in the other) I asked Peter whether he would buy in this condo and he looked me in the eye and said no. I found my amazing condo because I was looking at another unit in my condo and he did a search of the complex so as not to waste time. This was the only condo I could not find on realtor.com, and there was maybe one card left in it. I think few people saw it.
