It was a unique property, home and location, 42 acres, two buildings - all adding up to 7 figures price tag. The previous local realtors had been unable to generate traffic (showings). I had some hesitation listing with Jessica because she was not from my area, working 20+ miles away. I just didn't know if Jessica would be able to overcome the distance and assumedly few, if any, relationships with local brokers.

She appears to have exceptional skills in dealing with demanding clients. Tammi, too, is a major reason I would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to family, friends and associates.
