Holly was a great help with regard to contractor connections in that the house was in a nice area and it needed significant upgrades. Her
knowledge of contractors that did good work for a reasonable price was extremely helpful. It also need to be noted that the house was upgraded just after Covid which really impacted timing on getting the house in the market. It took one year to get an oven for the house as an example. I was remote and having her or staff being able to let in contractors was valuable.
