From Colorado, we began the daunting task of trying to buy a new family home from out of state, starting with a brief opportunity while I was passing through Scottsdale on business. The night before arriving in Scottsdale, we were connected with Liz via a Zillow online listing and immediately found her to be on her game. Liz had me in the online listing property the next morning, and when I identified that it was not the one, instead of trying to talk around some of the reasons why it wasn't for us, Liz immediately turned my attention to two alternates that she had prepared over night with the little information I had provided - spoiler alert we bought her first choice :)

Having had just 20 minutes in the property and an hour with Liz before departing Scottsdale, I already felt rest assured that Liz would be able to manage the process for us as I returned back to Colorado.

Liz was completely available to us via text and phone throughout the entire 22 days of closing. She managed the entire negotiation process to our significant advantage, all while coordinating the building inspection followed by 3 estimates for each repair identified - pool and roof.

Throughout the entire process Liz was always on time, responsive, and never pressured the sale, always leaving the door open to walk should the situation require it.

An a business professional myself, I wish I could find more people for my own sales force who have Liz's dedication, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Liz listed our home in North Phoenix and it sold within 2 weeks at 98% of our list price! She was actually referred to me by my loan officer at Wells Fargo, I think that's a big compliment to Liz as these loan officers know which Realtors are doing a great job & know all the behind the scenes things we as buyers/sellers don't always hear about. Not all Realtors are created equal... Some want the listing and then disappear when you need them. Liz was always accessible to me! She really made the sale happen!! I know we chose THE best to person to sell our home! Nobody could've done a better job!!
Liz also helped us find our new home which wasn't easy!! She was so patient with us. We wanted specific things in a specific area! She took the time to take us to see many homes & helped us find the perfect home for our family!! I will send my own grown children to her when the buy their 1st homes.
