Thanks to Ericka Black I was able to find my new home! I am a first-time home buyer and this process was overwhelming! Ericka was a welcome reprieve from another realtor that was not working well for me (but that's another story!). In any case, the transition was professional. The other agent referred Mrs. Black to me, and she worked quickly to arrange property visits and explained terms and potential issues along the way. Once I found the home, Ericka was diligent in her interactions with my mortgage counselor, the seller's agent, and the title company. She was proactive and kept me informed - even while I was out of the country for a business trip! Of course, the clock was ticking rapidly when I returned from India, but Ericka helped me to remain calm and guided me across the finish line i.e., CLOSING!! Ericka went the extra mile (literally... my car died & she was there!) and above & beyond several times while guiding me through the purchase of my first home!
