We are from Southern Maryland and started our new home search here in Delaware in May of 2016. While searching here we were also waiting on the sale of our home there. We found Jill's information on Realtor.com and sent her an email regarding a house we wanted to see; Jill not only responded quickly she also was able to fit us into her busy schedule. We met with Jill and she was awesome from the get go! Jill told us all the details about each home as we were walking through, if we were unsure about something she explained it to us and also helped guide us in making the right decision. After many offers, countless homes, countless hours of searching we finally have found our home and went to settlement on January 27th.
