I wish there was an option to give Aileen 20 stars! She was absolutely fantastic in helping us find a house to buy (in an area with few houses on the market) and sell ours. She's an expert; negotiations went super smoothly, she is SO savvy, and gave great advice without being pushy. Aileen is knowledgeable about older homes, which is what we were looking at for the most part, and pointed out problems in several homes that would have been costly to repair, or might have caused problems down the road. Aileen also helped us get our house ready to sell, and her marketing strategies worked PERFECTLY. We had seven offers in the first weekend, and were under contract less than a week after putting it on the market!
