He got lucky and a local agent saw our listing and it had an offer in 1 1/2 days. That was the positive. all else was negative. He was closed mouth about offering advice as we progressed along, we had to push him. We had a horrible offer and had to counter offer many times, no real advice from agent. After offer was finally accepted We were blindsided by buyers because of several inspection exaggerations that we found out later were not accurate. No help from agent.

After closing our mortgage was not paid off by title company for a week because they forgot to pay it off. We had to threaten possible legal action finally resolved. It seemed our agent didn't care much since he had already been paid.

We feel we were pretty much left on our own to fight these battles and should of cancelled the initial offer since we found out later there was a high level of interest in our house which again our agent did not disclose. Bottom line we lost a lot of money because of agent weakness.

To add insult to injury right after closing Harrison told us he would send us a gift card because he does that for all his clients. Closing was 32 days ago, guess what "no gift card in mail" . Be careful if you try to use this agent.L
