Be cautious buying from Chrissy. She's definitely a 'paint over the mold' kind of realtor. Just does the basic minimum to sell a house and hide decades of deferred maintenace. She also tried to forget basic due diligence like scheduling a walk through. She has a vibe of a used care salesman.

Chrissy is an excellent real estate agent. She visited our house and told us what we needed to do to sell the house in the first weekend. For weeks, we painted, made small repairs, decluttered, and made the house beautiful for the next owners. The first weekend our house was on the market, dozens of people visited and several made offers.
