I have been looking for a home for more than 2 years. with the market that we are living in it was just not happening for me. The process of selling a home is complicated, Raquel makes it simple. We received offers the same day and the house closed in a month. When the house listed the traffic on the block with looky-loos started and we had showing schedules for 3 days. She fought for me in the little battles all along the way.

My 1st realtor company stated that they had down payment assistance, I started the process of submitting all the paper work, but during that process, they didn't inform me that their was a limit that it would be available.
