We were considering buying a house that Jade was representing. Our realtor called her and cleared with her to have an extension on the inspection for an electrical inspection. Jade said that was fine and to go ahead with it. We proceeded and found that we were not comfortable with the electrical report and so decided to back out of the sale. We had placed a $1,000 deposit.
Well, come to find out, Jade never spoke to the seller about this nor did she get his signature for this extension. So basically, we lost our $1,000 along with the additional amount that we paid for the special electrical inspection. All because Jade failed to inform the seller.
