Gave great advise and went the extra mile to help me secure my new home. What other agent would power wash your house?!? Kudos to his financial team as well. I honestly thought I would not have been approved but due to the diligence of his mortgage officer I was able to secure my mortgage with ease. I just bought my first home and worked with Ivan as my realtor. He is quick to respond to any questions I had along my real estate journey. My biggest concern with buying my first home was that I wanted my first home to be an investment towards my future.
