As first time home buyers who are also young, the home buying process was confusing and stressful. Getting started I really didnt know where to turn but saw a house I loved. I noticed Penny was listed as the selling agent and not knowing anything about realtors I contacted her to see the house. As it turned out, i couldnt be more happy we chose Penny, and she did a wonderful job being a dual-agent for us in home buying process. Penny went out of her way to get to know us, our wants and needs, and what we expected from the whole process. She was kind, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. Penny went above and beyond in everything she did for us. She helped us negotiate, helped us with paperwork, and was a solid support for us every step of the way. I really dont think we could have gotten the house we wanted if it wasnt for Penny, and would have had a lot more stress if we didnt have her. I really could not recommend her more to any friends or family. Penny was like a second mother to us this entire process, buying a house when you are 20 years old is scary and confusing but with her knowledge, kindness, and guidance, she made it not only possible for us but a whole lot less frightening.
