Seay, and her husband, were an absolutely great team. At the time, my wife and I were selling a house in Colorado Springs, CO and Wayzata, MN. The difference in experience between Pink Realty and Edina were night and day. Pink Reality went above and beyond when it came to providing numerous advertising services for the house Colorado Springs house. Pink provided two different forms of walk-through photography, a photographer that shot daytime, aerial, and Twighlight photography, they sent a stager to improve the appearance of my main living spaces, and went as far as to create labels for calling out smart home accessories throughout the house for showings. In contrast, real estate company we dealt with in Minnesota did not offer any such services. Our house sold for exactly what we asked within a week of the open house.

We have been renting from Pink Reality for about 2 years now. This was my husbands and I first home that we had purchased. The buying and selling process was new to us. After a few years of living in our home and renting it out, we decided it was time to place it on the market. Due to my husband being in the military we were no longer residing in Colorado Springs. Today we got the closing paperwork in the mail from Pink Realty. We are a military family, who is now stationed in NY and we needed to sell our house in Colorado. This is the second time my wife and I have used Monica in the past 4 When we left Colorado for Alaska, we thought we were done - Monica and the Pink Team took real good care of us when we were out of state and country trying to sell our home - the market wasn't as "hot" as it is now, but she had three buyers in a bidding war and got us top dollar for our home we were selling, so it was a no-brainer to use her when we moved back and bought a home.
Now, a new-build isn't for the faint of heart, let me tell you! But Monica made sure we had ALL the information we needed to make an informed decision. She brought us to all of the builders, with the intention of just looking at floor plans (we were looking at a time frame of a year out!), explained to us which builders included what design features/upgrades, and which builders nickeled and dimed you, explained everything from lot premiums to closing costs and didn't treat us like ingnoramouses when we asked questions that we didn't understand.
The entire Pink Team has been amazing as well! 10 hours and I had a signed contract.....how can you beat that? I did quite a bit of research and the Pink Team proved my findings. They actually had multiple interests in my home the first day and the buyers agent gave them good advice....bring your strongest offer because the Pink Team will sell this one quick....and they did! They gave me, the seller, good advice, listened to me (which was outstanding), staged my house, and had multiple Teams working for me immediately. But the bottom line says it all....10hrs for a signed and delivered hard fast contract, already qualified and only waiting for the closing date to arrive. I would like to share my experience with those that are considering selling their home with Pink Realty. My mother passed away last summer and due to my father's health condition, I moved him to assisted living. Because he has a reverse mortgage on the home, I made the decision to sell the home before allowing the home to go back to the mortgage company.
I contacted Pink Realty and spoke with a live person who put me in contact with Deanna Gomes. To make the story short, from this point Monica and the staff at Pink Realty (Deanna, Brian, Kaitlyn) were fantastic.
Deanna met me at the property, provided a list of properties in the area that were for sale or had been sold giving me an idea as to a realistic price to list the home. The home was listed promptly and had three offers in the first week. We received an offer that was above the listing price and accepted. Everything moving forward perfectly until the inspector noticed storm damage from the summer storm resulting in a delay in the closing. Roof, gutters, outside light fixtures, window screens as well as a cracked window needed to be replaced. Claim was filed with insurance company. Pink Realty continued to provide communication and support not giving up due to the delayed closing. In addition, the title company found complications as is related to Power of Attorney, Death Certificate, liens and other legal issues that could derail the sale. Pink Realty and United Title worked through the issues, kept me informed and moved the process forward.
Closing day was set and everything proceeded as planned. On closing day, I met Deanna at the title company office. She was in the process of closing a client scheduled before me. She came out of the current closing gave me a sincere hug and said she will be with me shortly.

We recently sold our home through PINK Realty. When Jennifer came to list our house, she was friendly, professional, and dedicated. She took time with us to answer all our questions, and reassure us where we had concerns. She left a packet of information that was incredibly helpful; providing a summary of all we had discussed, plus services offered...basically a how-to guide on selling a home. This also included some extra things we hadn't expected, like a list of referrals of anything we might need from cleaning and staging, to repairs and even legal help. I was so scared to sell my first home that I had for over five years. Not only was it my first home I have sold myself, but I was also in a completely different state for work. I had no idea where to start. My husband had noticed a "Pink Realty" sign in the neighborhood and suggested we called them. When I called the whole staff was so friendly, responsive and understanding. We not only had someone to the house within a couple of days to look at it, but they also three way conferenced me so I could be involved in the process. We were informed what exactly we needed to do to get the house for sale. We listed the house a bit later than suggested, so we could make sure everything was perfect.
