Lou Ann was referred to me about a year and a half ago. I was in search for a rental property. Although we did not find a rental through Lou Ann and instead I found a rental through Craigs List, Lou ann couldn't have been more helpful. She even researched the house we chose to rent, to ensure it was legitimate. Given it was on Craigs List, she was concerned for us that it could be a scam.
