I was a renter looking to meet with Allison for one her rental properties. In hopes to buy a house the following year. After a week of attempting to view her three listings, Im finally writing this review. She didnt return any of my calls (as promised) and when we set up a time to look at it, I was left waiting over 15 minutes on my lunch break, only to be stood up. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

When buying investment property, you have to know at what price you will make money. Allison knows how to analyse homes or multifamily properties, understand the construction needs so you as an investor make 10% or more on your real estate investments. We are so happy with our purchases with her.
