She was helpful then and efficient with getting everything done, inspections, title work etc. When our brother passed and we had to sell his house I knew who we needed to help us. Deb is a an above and beyond person and worked hard to help us get it sold. Quickly and efficiently!! I would recommend her highly. She is a great person and we enjoyed working with her!
Deb has sold us 2 or 3 houses and sold 3 houses for us. She is awesome. Shes thorough, great to deal with and even helped us with things that were not her responsibility. We live in another state so was appreciative to be working with Deb through all of these transactions. Out of 100 she rates 200.
Our first time home-buying experience went quick and easy! Deb was able to get us in to view homes that we wanted to see quickly, all days of the week. She answered our texts/calls quickly. She stayed up late in the night answering our questions and concerns. She was knowledgeable about our type of loan (whether the home would pass or not) and helped us understand the process. She worked diligently to help us purchase our home!
We had a good time looking at homes with Deb. She came to the showings with ample paper descriptions of each property. She did her homework on each property so it was easy to get answers. She communicated well with listing realtor and the seller. She gave us different perspectives on all phases of buying a house, helping us to make decisions toward buying a property.
Deb was our agent when we bought our first home, and it was a no-brainer to call her when we decided to start our search for our forever home. I almost felt bad calling her to see house after house when it always felt like we were seeing duds, but she was always happy and available to meet us anywhere, any time. I knew I could always text her to get info on a neighborhood or area of town. She figured out what we liked and wanted and knew how to steer us in the right direction. When we finally found the one she gave us sound advice to get our offer accepted and expertly walked us through the entire process. We also worked with her to sell our old house, and felt we were in good hands then tooshe made a smart plan and executed it for a quick sale. Deb even offered to drop by our house and feed our cats when we went out of town the week our house went on the market. Definitely the extra mile that made it feel like we were more than just a business transaction in her eyes. She was also personable with our kidsholding the baby while we looked at something in a house, letting our older daughter read to her, and taking an interest and remembering what our girls lovebooks! Through the years of working with Deb I feel like weve found a lifetime realtor (though Lord willing we will NEVER move again) and a friend. Professional, experienced, kind. Definitely recommend.

We were looking to find a cheap fixer upper which meant Deb wasn't going to profit greatly from this transaction. Yet she was still responsive and willing to show us houses on a continuous basis at a moments notice. She really went the extra mile to make sure we closed on time. A true class act! Deb is the best! Down to earth, hard working, honest, good person. The few other realtors I came into contact with before meeting Deb pale in comparison. Deb saw me all the way to the end of my first home purchase, never making me feel like I was asking to many questions, day or night she was there with info, thoughts or making sure paperwork was getting done in a timely manner and correctly. When there was a change in plans, Deb took it in stride and helped me come up with a plan, negotiated said plan and got the listing agent to push the seller on the plan. I can not say enough about how wonderful Deb is. I will be recommending Deb to anyone needing a realtor, buying or selling. 2017
