I met Shannon by complete accident and I thank my lucky stars that I did! I was in the market for a new home and feeling shy. I am a first time home buyer and to be honest, I didn't even know where to start! I stumbled in to Shannon one day while peeking through vacant homes. We connected instantly, she was bright and energetic, friendly and not at all pushy. Little did I know, I would be spending the next 3 months looking at over 20 homes. August-October of 2017 consisted of me messaging Shannon and asking to see homes within that hour every, single, day. When shopping for a home it's so easy to get smitten with just the surface cosmetics. I.E.: New appliances, nice floors, pretty backyard.... etc. I would never think to notice that the pretty backyard I was oohing and ahhing over actually had massive trees with growing roots headed straight for the foundation of the home and starting to push up the driveway. Shannon noticed! In the long run, this woman EASILY saved me $20,000 in repairs on an investment that I would not have thought twice about. Shannon cares about you and is a tough negotiator. I almost lost my final home to a cash offer but she broke all the "rules" and pulled out all the stops because she refused to let another home slip through my fingers. To those reading this, trust me when I say, Shannon Wheeler is hands down the best realtor you could choose from the pack. She's invested, she's sharp, accommodating, patient but fierce. I am beyond grateful and cannot possibly express enough gratitude.
