Justin Garrett our real estate agent is a rockstar! This last year my family and I moved to Tampa, we relocated from the West Coast and finding an agent and buying a home cross country 2700 miles is NEVER easy, until we met Justin and team.

This was the first time I sold a home. I found Denise and her team because she sold the home across the street from me just before Covid. When I decided to sell, I knew I wanted to work with Denise because of my neighbors' experience. Not only did she not let me down, she and her team surpassed my expectations. It was like flipping an auto-pilot switch.
Denise and her team are attentive and aggressive in that they know what they are doing and they execute everything to perfection. Denise came in and suggested what need to be done to my home to get the most bang for my buck, and get the most out of the sale. Because I knew what she had done for my neighbor, I basically gave her carte blanche... she did NOT disappoint. My home went on the market on a Friday morning - with multiple offers, the house was under contract by that Sunday.

Looking back at my recent home purchase, the best word to describe the experience was seamless. Coming from out of state, and not having local resources I was familiar with, was a bit daunting, however the A Team took over and I was well taken care of.
From the fun part of looking at houses, to making a decision on a house to put an offer on, to the negotiations and finally to closing, the A Team handled it all. The best part was, I was kept informed during every step and told what to expect next.
My agent (can I call her a friend?), Michelle Adams, listened to me and quickly learned my taste and style. She took it into consideration before sending me listings to scroll through. She was available. knowledgeable, and didnt waste my time with houses that would only work if I had unlimited time and budget. She kept me up to date on the progress of the transaction and was able to offer answers on un-related questions (where do I find?) or do research and get back to me with answers.
Michelle referred me to Mary, the mortgage broker who worked her magic with a great mortgage in a crunch time frame. Insurance was an obstacle for me, but not for the A Team and I had a policy covering what I needed and not any added frills that can raise the price. David, the inspector, was available as needed and his vast knowledge and suggestions have produced a to do list to be taken care of in the future, insuring a more comfortable and livable place.
Not only did these outside individuals help me through the process, the A Team staff sent reminders, check lists, and offered support with anything I might need. They were all so helpful that I cant possibly single out one or two.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I will heartily recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth, fun transition to a new home or state. Thank you to all of them, I couldnt have done it without you. 2021
My partner and I are first time homebuyer's and we used Justin Garrett with the KW Antonewitz team. I met him at an open house he was hosting and he was extremely welcoming and helpful to all guests. He made an honest effort to hear each person's story on what they were looking for at the open house and made sure to circle back if interrupted. I signed my info on the open house guest sheet and he followed up with me next day asking how he could help me if I so needed it. Justin has been available and helpful at every step of the process; refining home search, what to look for in historic homes, quotes on certain projects for certain homes, lenders, negotiations, and closing! Even after closing, Justin still is a great resource. My partner and I work a hectic and variable schedule and Justin made sure he was a direct extension of us if either of us was not available for any reason. With how crazy the market has been the past year or so, he also looked out for us on some potentially bad deals. Hindsight is 20/20. We have secured a beautiful (and all things considered minimal headache) historic home in one of St. Pete's premier neighborhoods with Justin's guidance and patience. Denise helped us with staging and suggestions on how to enhance our property which allowed us to get it sold quickly and at a good price.
