When my father passed from Covid, I needed to find a real estate agent to sell my parent's home. I happened to see Mr. Inman's ad in the Herrington Lake magazine. I googled him and saw some good reviews. I interviewed six real estate agents. but after interviewing Mr. Inman, I knew he was the one to represent our family. Mr. Inman is a true professional and a southern gentleman. He has such an easy going manner, he makes every thing appear easy. I know that I was not his only client but his level of service made me feel like I was. He always responded to texts/phone calls in a timely manner. I was bouncing back and forth from Florida to Kentucky trying to take care of things. When I was out of state Mr. Inman would not only go by and check on the property, he would start up a truck for me (so the battery would not die), pull weeds, water the flowers, shovel the driveway, and even set a mole trap. There was nothing to small for him to handle nor to big that he couldn't take care of it. If you are in need of a good real estate agent than look no further. MR. INMAN IS IT. HE IS THE GUY!
Mike is a great man whose knowledge of the market and advice about everything from market value to who to use for the inspection and appraisal before purchase. I am happy with the job he did, and while I don't plan on moving anytime soon, I will happily recommend him to friends in the area and use his services again if I need them!

Mike truly knows the area around and near Lexington. He held our hands and walked us through each step of the process. The home we picked needed painting and he took the time to let the painter in and out. We purchased new granite and he took the time to let our contractor in and out of the home. This was after making sure that the seller of the home agreed and we all signed papers to that effect. He also assisted us in getting the home inspected and sent the reports to us and made sure we understood each part of the inspection. We were home in another state getting the movers in order and could not be in KY.
We closed at Caldwell Banker McMahan, with Mary, who is a licensed attorney, She was so kind and professional. Even though we drove straight through from Dyerburg, TN, we were about twenty minutes late. We had kept in touch with Mike letting him know what was going on. Everyone was in place and we signed all of the papers and passed our checks.
