Jonalyn Dunn took advantage of me, I am an 88 year old women and I trusted her, and she scammed me, she I feel deals with a house flipper, she said she had an investor and she told me what a great deal she had for me, I feel she priced my home for this under the table deal she had. She rushed me out of my home, she was unprofessional. She brought the deal to me on March 16, she priced my home for 400,000 and her investor purchased it for that amount, we closed on March 31, she has the property up for sale 5 days later for 460,000. No upgrades were done to the home, it looks as though they didn't even vacuum. Beware do not trust this company. 2021
My daughter had made an offer and was in negotiations with this company on this house The agent called our agent and told her someone had come in with a cash offer and said they were pulling the deal off the table I have never seen someone be so unprofessional My daughter was trying to get into this home she loved the look of it and everything about it and it is so disappointing That the seller was willing to just cancel the negotiations they had already committed to I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have for cash offer which is apparently what they like I am so disappointed 2020
