Want a relator who answers calls at 9pm?? Who is ALWAYS AVAILABLE?? Who will show your house at 7am if you have potential buyers??? When we searched for a relator we choose Samantha because of her 5.0 reviews! They were 110% accurate! It took us longer then expected to close due to our sellers mortgage company and she made sure it happened! She is a strong, fierce, determined, intelligent professional! You wont regret your decision to hire her! I contacted her at 9pm through email and she was at our house at 11am the next day to list our home! Best part is her personality above all!

Would not recommend! There is a ton of other realtors to select from in the area and I would definitely try one of them before her.
Details: Found her on Zillow as a highly rated realtor (which she says she pays for to be one of the top advertised). After I contacted her she was kind and prompt to get my listing, but after that, I did not see her once! The easiest way I could get in touch with her was via text or email. After I drop the home listing she would not reply back to texts or emails. She had my listing just over 60 days and recommended for me drop the price in that time over 20% (wk $5k, wk 2 $5K, and $1k a week after that until I dropped the listing) from the original listing with not a single offer. When other homes are selling in my neighborhood above my price per sqft. Also, during this time we had 3 open houses, that I had to practically beg for, and she even sent me a text on accident that was to one of her realtors that said "sorry that you even have to go out there, open houses are pointless because they do not work". She also suggested a change of paint to the living room on short notice, which I did. During those open houses my doors were left unlocked and lights on in the home. Luckily I had friends and family checking on the house. I had to contact her every time to find out what the outcome was from them, never her to me first. When I told her that I was going to drop my listing, she told me that "I did not give her a fair chance and that I needed to pay her $125 for the pictures of my home." I was fine with paying that but when I asked for the pictures that I paid for, she never sent them or replied for that matter. Last when she took my home off the market she listed it on Zillow that it was sold for $130K below market value. When I contacted her about it, "she said I am not your agent and cannot change it". Now I am working with Zillow to resolve the issue she caused.
